It is submitted that, in all these matters petitioners have already availed remedy of appeal as provided under the statute.

As appeals are already filed, it will be open for all the parties to agitate all such contentions available to them before the appellate forum.

In light of that, we dispose of the writ petitions with liberty to the petitioners to prosecute their appeals and raise all the contentions as are available to them. The contentions on merits of respective parties are kept open.

Interim orders passed by this Court shall continue for a period of two (2) weeks from today so as to enable the petitioners to file appropriate applications before the appellate forum. Needless to state on lapse of two (2) weeks the interim protection granted by this Court shall come to an end and the parties would be governed by the orders passed by the appellate authority.
