The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have filed an Application U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in January-2020. The same is not yet decided.

In case the Application is filed by the Petitioner U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and the same is pending with Respondent No. 3, then Respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law, after
