Heard. Perused the impugned award.

Learned A.G.P. states that the enhancement is about fifteen times of the compensation granted by the Special Land Acquisition Officer. He claims to have very good case in appeal. It is informed that only 50% of amount under the award has been deposited.

In connected matter, this Court, vide order dated 15th December, 2020 permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited before the reference Court. In view of the same, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 1 / 2

997-CA-6198-21.odt 75% of the amount deposited before the reference Court under award, 50% on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% on submitting solvent surety/security/bank guaranty in the like amount. Balance 25% amount be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank for the period till disposal of appeal. Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
