1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that First Appeal No.1499 of 2004 filed by the Insurance Company is dismissed by order dated 21.02.2024. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the dismissal of the First Appeal, the amount deposited in this Court by the Insurance Company as directed by the Tribunal be permitted to be withdrawn.

2] The aforesaid order is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

3] The applicants being original claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court along with interest accrued thereon as directed by the
