The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that, the petitioner is not considered for inter-district transfer though her claim is pending for more than 11 years. The respondent no.3 has been conveniently transferred under order dated 11-02-2021. The petitioner approached the Divisional Commissioner as per the relevant Government Resolution immediately, but the same is not yet decided by the Divisional Commissioner.

Heard the learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2. Gajanan

In fact the Divisional Commissioner ought to have decided the proceedings within 30 days from the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner. In case, the complaint of the petitioner is still pending with the Divisional Commissioner, the Divisional Commissioner shall take decision upon it preferably within 15 days. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
