This motion for speaking to minutes has been moved by learned Advocate Mr. Amit Deshpande for appellants in First Appeal Nos.894/2011, 895/2011, 896/2011 and 1641/2011. Mr. Deshpande submits that, due to inadvertence, in the memo of First Appeal No.1641/2011, the name of appellant No.7 Gangadhar has been wrongly typed as Gangadhar s/o Pralhad Shalge. He seeks leave to correct the name of appellant No.7 as Gangadhar s/o Pralhad Shelke. Similarly, he submits that, the total area of acquired land in First Appeal No.1641/2011 is 4.76 Hectors. However, the same has been wrongly typed as 1 Hector. Learned Advocate

Mr. Deshpande seeks leave of this Court to correct the same. 2.
Mr. Amit Deshpande, learned Advocate is permitted to correct the name of appellant No.7 in memo of First Appeal No.1641/2011 as Gangadhar s/o Pralhad Shelke and the area of acquired land as 4.76 Hectors in place of 1 Hector. After the corrections are made, the said corrections be made in the cause title of First appeal No.1641/2011 and paragraph No.1 of the judgment dated 4th August 2021 respectively.
