These Civil Applications are for condonation of delay caused in filing the respective First Appeals. For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the delay stands condoned. These Civil Applications are filed seeking withdrawal of amount. Learned counsel Mr. Talhar fairly submits that, in similar matter, by earlier order dated 08.08.2025 passed in Civil Application No. 8432 of 2025 in First Appeal Stamp No. 9463 of 2022, this Court has allowed the claimants therein to withdraw 100% of the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking. He further submits that the present applications be disposed off in view of the previous order. Hence the following order :

The applicants-original claimants are permitted to withdraw 100% of the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking. II.
The Applications stand disposed off.
