1] None present for the applicant.

2] The learned counsel for the respondent has consented to transfer Petition No.A-300/2020 from Family Court at Nashik to the Family Court at Aurangabad. 3] In view of the above, the Misc. Civil Application is allowed. However, it is directed that the applicant-wife will not take unnecessary adjournment in the matter without informing the husband well in advance so as to avoid inconvenience to the respondent husband of travel. The Family Court at Aurangabad is directed to allow the respondent-husband to appear through Video Conferencing

96.24MCA where ever it is possible so as to avoid inconvenience to the respondent-husband.

4] The Family Court at Aurangabad to decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible as the same is pending since 2020.

5] With the above observations, the Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.
