The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has made a representation to the Additional Commissioner for absorbing the petitioner and for payment of salary (page No. 29). The same is not yet decided. 2.

In case, the petitioner has filed a representation (page No.

29) with the respondent No. 2 and if the same is pending and respondent No. 2 is competent to decide the same, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
