Learned counsel representing the parties submit that the petitioner and the respondent have decided to settle the dispute amicably. The consent terms filed taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

The petitioner represented through its Assistant General Manager and respondent are present. With their respective advocates they admit their respective signatures on the consent terms and further admit the contents of the consent terms recorded truly and correctly as per the settlement arrived. The advocate appearing for petitioner and respondent identify their respective parties. The consent terms are also signed by the advocates representing both the sides.
