PER COURT :- 1] In view of the fact that the charge sheet is filed during pendency of the present Application, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants makes oral prayer so as to take exception to the charge-sheet by way of filing appropriate Application. Liberty is granted, as prayed for.

2] However, we make it clear that, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants should take steps to file such application taking exception to the charge-sheet on or before 4th September, 2015, and also place on record charge-sheet along with its all accompaniments, failing which, Application shall stand dismissed. 3] Stand over to 8th September, 2015.
