Petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Rahata, below Exhibit-52, in Regular Civil Suit No. 9/2016, thereby allowing the application filed by the respondent No. 6, under Rule 10, Order 1 of CPC and adding him as party defendant in the suit.

Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioners and after going through the documents placed on record and the impugned order, no merit is found in the challenge raised by the petitioners in the present petition and therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. Writ petition is therefore dismissed. However, considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2016, hearing of the suit is expedited. [NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.] Bhagyawant Punde
