Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners.
All these petitioners raised an identical issue, as such, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petitions finally at admission stage. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable forthwith. Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mrs. Suwarna Zaware, learned Counsel waives for respondent No.3.

Our attention was invited to the order of this Court dated 7th March, 2019 in Writ Petition No. 8445 of 2018 and to support the submissions, our attention was also invited to the application submitted by the petitioners to respondent No.3 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad,
(5) Ahmednagar on 18th June, 2018.

In view of these facts, we see no reason to take a different view than the view adopted by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 8445 of 2018 on 7th March, 2019.

In view of above, these petitions are disposed of, with directions to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmendnagar who shall give posting to the petitioners at the place of their choice and as per the availability of vacancies. This exercise be undertaken by the Chief Executive Officer expeditiously and not later than three weeks from the date of order of this Court.
