Mr. Bhokarikar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of one Mr. Zope (Page No. 39), however, the same is not decided. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents and submits that in case the proposal is pending with the Education Officer, then the

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of Mr. Zope (Page No. 39) is pending with Respondent No. 2, then the Respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within six (06) months from today.
