By this Civil Application, the petitioners pray for condonation of delay of 21 days and for restoration of the writ petition, which was refused registration on account of non removal of office objections, vide order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 22.11.2021.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application and as the writ petition was refused registration, this Civil Application is allowed subject to the following directions :- (a) All office objections in the petition shall be removed

(b) Pursuant to the removal of office objections, the order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 22.11.2021 shall stand recalled and the writ petition shall stand registered.
