The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is transferred from Charwak Adhyapak Vidyalaya, Ahmedpur to Bhai Kishanrao Deshmukh Madhyamik Vidyalaya from unaided to aided posts. Both the schools are run by the same management viz. Lokayat Shikshan Sanstha, Ahmedpur.

The petitioner may approach the Management if the Head Master of the School where the petitioner is transferred, is not allowing him to join or may move the Education Officer. The management i.e. the Lokayat

914-wp.3974-19.odt Shikshan Sanstha, Ahmedpur and the Education Officer shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and issue necessary directions accordingly.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
