The caste validity of tribe claim of petitioner is pending for adjudication before the respondent since the year 2017. Petitioner is facing undue inconvenience due to the same and his future educational prospects may perhaps jeopardize for want of the said certificate. In view thereof, the respondent is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as per the provisions of law within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of the present order and without seeking extension in that behalf.

Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
