The applicants are seeking restoration of the main criminal writ petitions, which were dismissed in default for non removal of office objection. They are also seeking condonation of delay of 75 days caused in preferring application for restoration. 2.
I have gone through the contents of the applications and the grounds shown for condonation of delay. The delay is unintentional. The substantial rights of the applicant are involved in these matters. The delay needs to be condoned so that the criminal writ petitions can be restored to its original position.

All criminal applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C', subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. One thousand only) each to the High Court Advocates Bar Association, Aurangabad to be utilized for Day Care Centre. Applicants shall remove all office objections within a period of two (02) weeks from today. The criminal applications are disposed of.
