Order :-

1. Grievance of the petitioner is that order passed by the Divisional Commissioner way-back in the year 2008 is not being implemented and the mutation entry No. 1065 is not cancelled and mutation in the name of petitioner is not being effected.

2. The petitioner may approach the Committee constituted by the Divisional Commissioner in this regard as per circular dated 13-02-2015. The authority - concerned shall consider the order of the Divisional Commissioner and take steps in that regard. 3.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
