Prima facie, we feel that it would not be possible to entertain this writ petition. The co-ordinate bench has passed an order. It is submitted that Review is filed. If the petitioner is affected, the petitioner has remedy before the tribunal. The judicial discipline has to be maintained and the order passed by the co-ordinate bench has to be considered.

The petitioner has a remedy against the order of termination to challenge the same on merits before the tribunal. Naturally, the tribunal is required to consider the contentions raised by the petitioner on merits.

In view of the above, Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
