The petitioner seeks appointment as Anganwadi Sevaika in place of respondent No.6. The selection process is of the year 2010. The Commissioner has cancelled the appointment of respondent No.6 in the appeal.

Today, the petitioner has crossed the upper age limit. Name of the petitioner was in the wait list. Wait list would be otherwise operative only for one year. Considering the case from both pedestal, the petitioner would not be entitled for any relief. In light of that the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
