After hearing Mr. Joydeep Chatterji, learned counsel for the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant the relief to the applicant at this stage. He, therefore, came around to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to move again if the trial could not be concluded within a period of eight months.

The Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn with a request to the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
