Heard learned Counsel appearing for petitioners and learned A.G.P. appearing for State.

The only grievance made in the petition is for issuance of tribe certificates in its proper name. The tribe certificates are issued to petitioners as "Mannerwarlu". In fact, the tribe recognized in the Presidential order is "Mannervarlu". The petitioners are already issued the tribe certificate of Mannerwarlu, however, the spelling is wrongly written in the said certificates.

In view of above, we direct the Sub-Divisional Officer - Respondent No.2 to issue the tribe certificates to the petitioners as "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe, expeditiously.

With the above observations, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
