DATE : APRIL 08, 2025 ORDER :- In spite of there being a strong objection by the other side, we allow this application for amendment, since the current year's seniority list is challenged by introducing prayers to that effect. Our attention has been drawn to the original prayer in the Writ Petition, wherein, gradation list of the year 2022-23, indicating the petitioner therein as Physical Education Teacher, is under challenge. Since the said gradation list is continued every year and subsequent development is now sought to be challenged, we see no fresh cause of action is said to be introduced in the Writ Petition. If the amendment is carried out, the respondents shall be at liberty to file affidavit-inreply.
