PER COURT :- The petitioner is requesting for issuance of directions to the respondents to include her name in the voters list in ward No.53 Aurangpura - Paithangate, Aurangabad.

Learned counsel appearing for the State Election Commissioin has pointed out that, the cut-off date prescribed for entertaining the request for inclusion of name was 10.2.2015. The petitioner has tendered application in form No.VI on 26.2.2015 and as such her request has been rightly turned down.

In view of the explanation tendered on behalf of Election Commission, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition does not deserve consideration.

Writ petition stands rejected.
