We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents. According to Mr. Gaware, the learned counsel, the respondents are operating the faulty roster while filling in the post by Inter District Transfer. The BC Cell has approved the roaster on 12.02.2018. The Zilla Parishad is required to follow the roster approved by the BC Cell on 12.02.2018.

According to the respondents, there are total 202 posts. There are only 25 vacant posts, 7 are only meant for open category. 3.

It is for the respondents to consider the aspect of Inter District Transfer depending upon the availability of the vacant post Gajanan

The respondents shall while considering the inter district transfers follow the roaster as approved by the BC Cell on 12.02.2018 or any such roaster that would be approved by the BC Cell. 5.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
