Admittedly, the Petitioners do not have the TET qualification. Their names do not figure in the TET examination result scam. Their services on probation have been approved. Proposal for granting approval to the entry in the Shalarth ID is pending and a request is made that the 3rd Respondent should decide the pending proposals on it's own merits. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the 3rd Respondent would decide the proposal within 30 days.
