Present application for regular bail is received through jail and moved by counsel appointed through Legal Aid. 2.

It appears that applicant was arrested in Crime No. 00264 of 2023 registered at Chakur Police Station, Dist. Latur for offence punishable under sections 307, 324, 504 read with section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Before arguments were advanced by learned counsel, learned APP pointed out that, in this case charge is already framed

-2- BA.562.2025 on 18.09.2024 and evidence recording is in progress. Learned APP pointed out that, PW3 has been examined on 27.02.2025 and prosecution intends to examine in all 13 witnesses. 4.

Considering the above, as trial is already underway and also considering the short list of prosecution witnesses, there are every chance of sessions case itself would come to an end in couple of months. For above reasons, this court is not inclined to consider the bail on merits.

The application stands rejected.
