The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 29.8.2012 passed by the Educational Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad refusing permission to change the caste in the School records. 2.

Notwithstanding the strenuous submissions of the learned Advocates for the petitioners, I am not inclined to entertain this petition, filed belatedly. The same is, therefore, dismissed. 3.

In the event the petitioners have any statutory efficacious remedy as may be permissible in law, they shall be at liberty to avail of such a remedy.
