Learned Advocate Mr. S. K. Adkine, for the applicant as also Mr. E. P. Sawant, representing Zilla Parishad, Parbhani in the main Writ Petition as well as in the Contempt Petition are present.

It is pointed out that present applicants, who are claiming to be legal representatives of the original writ petitioners are seeking leave to withdraw the amount. It is also pointed out that the said writ petitioners are now no more.

In view of this, after having argued for some time, Mr. Adkine, learned Advocate for the applicant submits that he

1021-ca-3963-2025 does not want to press the Civil Application for now and seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file appropriate application as is required by law.

Leave granted. Civil Application is disposed of as withdrawn. Applicants are at liberty to file appropriate application/petition in proper format and appropriate prayers to seek withdrawal of the amount.
