Present applications have been filed by the acquiring body for getting the delay of 1541, 1494 and 1059 days respectively condoned in filing first appeals. The acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court. 2.

Learned Advocate appearing for the claimants in all the matters strongly objects to the applications on the ground that the reasons given in the applications are not sufficient and reasonable to condone the delay.
