Learned counsel for the appellants has placed on record the authority given to the Executive Engineer for withdrawal of the appeal. He seeks withdrawal of the appeal on behalf of Executive Engineer. Mr. P. D. Phulwalkar, Sub Divisional Officer is duly identified by Mr. U.K. Patil, learned counsel and Mr. S. K. Shirse, learned AGP. 3.

Admittedly this appeal is in respect of the compensation granted which is within four times and duly covered by the Government Resolution dated 03/11/2016 with corrigendums dated 23/02/2017 and 107.fa3171.19.odt

13/08/2018. Hence, appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

Respondent is permitted to withdraw remaining amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon. 5.

No order as to costs.
