The applicant/petitioner is seeking restoration of his writ petition which was dismissed for want of removal of office objections on 02.08.2022 by condoning the delay of 900 days. 3.

Learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the application on the point of delay. However, considering the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' subject to cost of Rs. 1,500/- to be paid to Government Pleader's Office Library, High Court Bench at Aurangabad and also subject to removal of all office objections within two weeks.
