Heard Mr. Amol S.Sawant, learned counsel for Applicant and Mrs. Pratibha Bharad, learned A.P.P. for Respondent - State.

Both the learned counsel submitted that in the present matter, Charge is already framed on 30/06/2014 and the trial has already commenced. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wish to withdraw the present application for bail. However, he submitted that direction be given to the trial Court to dispose of the trial as early as possible and for that present applicant
2 Cr.Apln. 1739.2015 will extend fullest co-operation.

Expeditious trial is the right of accused, who is in jail. In that view of the matter, learned Sessions Judge, Dhule is directed to decide Sessions Case No. 87/2014 within a period of six months from today by taking the matter on day to day basis. Present applicant shall co-operate learned Sessions Judge in deciding the matter as expeditiously as possible.

With these observations, present Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
