This Court, vide order dated 3rd September, 2013, had directed the Government to decide the proposal of the Petitioner. 2.

Additional Chief Secretary of General Administration Department / Respondent No.1 has filed afÏdavit in reply, stating that the proposal of the Petitioner is rejected and the same is informed vide letter dated 23rd January, 2017 to the concerned University.

In this view of the matter, the order is complied with. Hence, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
