Heard. For the reasons recorded and since the applicants are original claimants, whose land is acquired in the acquisition proceedings, this Court is inclined to allow this application on certain conditions. Hence, the applications are allowed. The delay is condoned, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in each application, to be paid to High Court Dispensary. The applicants shall file specific undertaking that in-case the appeals are allowed, they shall not claim interest for the delayed period on the enhanced amount. Subject to said conditions, the first appeals be registered.
