An order was passed on 17/04/2014 in WP No.9617/2013, wherein the petitioner was permitted to submit the bank guarantee of 'Pune Janata Sah.Bank, Latur'. By this civil application, it is prayed that the name of the Bank be altered as the applicant can furnish bank guarantee of any Scheduled Bank or Multi-state Co-operative Bank.

Learned AGP submits that the respondents would not oppose as the applicant wants to tender a bank guarantee of a Scheduled Bank.

Considering the above, this civil application is allowed in terms khs/JUNE 2018/5574-d

of prayer clause "B".
