Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for applicants as well as Shri Manale, the learned Counsel appearing for the non-applicant.

Perusal of the application shows that the delay of 512 days in filing the appeal is sufficiently explained by the State. Averments made in the application are not controverted by filing counter affidavit. There is no serious objection to the application by the other side. 3.
Hence for the stated reasons, the Application is allowed.
