Perused the consent terms. We have ascertained the same through video conferencing from the parties as well as Mr. Vasant Yadav, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Osmanabad. The consent terms are marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification.

In view of consent terms, the proceeding of Hindu Marriage Petition No.19/2022 pending before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad shall stand transferred to the Family Court at Solapur.

It is agreeable that the parties shall remain present before the Family Court at Solapur on 06.01.2025. 4.
