DATED : 18TH JULY, 2025 PER COURT :- Learned Advocate for the petitioner has filed pursis dated 24.03.2025, stating that the respondent nos.6B to 6E are legal representatives of respondent no.6A. He seeks deletion of respondent no.6A since, he has expired. However, the petition is already dismissed against respondent no.6A vide order dated 03.01.2025. The said order of dismissal will

however, have no material bearing on the matter, since, the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.6A are already on record.

Interim relief, if any granted earlier, to continue till then.

To be heard alongwith Writ Petition No.12233 of 2024. 4.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 4908 OF 2025 Mr. S. A. Kulkarni states that he is appearing for respondent no.2-3. The respondent no.6-B is already served, as is apparent from office note dated 02.01.2025. 2.

Dismissal of petition against respondent nos.2-3 and 6-B is therefore set aside.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO.4909 OF 2025 Issue notice to proposed legal representatives of deceased respondent no.4, returnable on 09.09.2025. Applicant is permitted to serve the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.4 by registered post, acknowledgment due and all other permissible modes of private service in addition to regular mode of service.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO.4910 OF 2025 Issue notice to proposed legal representatives of deceased respondent no.5, returnable on 09.09.2025.
