Notices of appeal sent to them are returned with endorsement "Door lock". The notices issued at the motion of the Court returned with endorsement "Name and address found to be incomplete".

2] Considering the facts stated in the application and the submission made, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to payment of publication charges to be paid directly to the concerned newspaper. The notices to be published be made returnable on 6.9.2019.
