The learned advocate for the appellants Mr. Bhokarikar submits that the parties have reached a compromise duly certified before the trial court. A copy of the terms of compromise and the decree passed by the trial court is also placed along with civil application no. 6824 of 2022. He, therefore, submits that the appeal may be disposed of having become infructuous. 2.

Learned advocate Mr. Wani submits that he does not have any instructions and will have to get the facts verified from his clients. 3.
