Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel submits that the petitioner is student of 12 th standard and he would be appearing for NEET examination. The validation proceeding is pending since November - 2017. The father, two real uncles, two real paternal aunts and mother are granted validity

( 2 ) wp 3450.18 certificate of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe. 3.

Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents.

The Committee shall give the attested copy of the tribe certificate submitted by the petitioner within three days. The petitioner shall submit the attested copy with the Sub Divisional Officer, Kandhar and within three days of the application, the Sub Divisional Officer shall submit the corrected tribe certificate with the corrected spelling 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe to the petitioner. The petitioner on receipt of it, shall immediately submit to the Committee and the Committee shall thereafter decide validation proceeding by the end of May - 2018. 5.
