Issue notice to respondents. Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel waives notice for Respondent No. 4. 2.

It is submitted that the corrected tribe certificate is submitted on 28.03.2018 and now the validation proceeding is pending. The petitioner

( 2 ) wp 3453.18 has appeared for third (1 st) M.B.B.S. examination, the result is withheld on the ground that the validity is not submitted. 2.

Respondent No. 2 - Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within six (6) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 12.04.2018. The Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner be allowed to prosecute his studies for third (2 nd) M.B.B.S. examination. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.
