A) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.9068 OF 2021 :

Heard rival submissions.

The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the respondent alongwith the interest accrued thereon.
3.
The learned counsel for the applicant pointed out the order of this court passed in Civil Application No.6155 of 2021 for withdrawal of amount. Therefore, as per the order filed in the application, the
2 925 ca 9068-21 applicants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation deposited in this court; out of which 50% amount shall be paid to applicant on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court and 25% amount by furnishing solvent surety / security.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
B) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.5654 OF 2012 :
Since the appellant has deposited amounts of compensation as directed by this court, the application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause-B and disposed of.
C) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1513 OF 2022 :
1.
The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application.
