The Petitioner is presently working in the Primary School at Pisorekhand, Tq. Shrigonda. Her husband, who is an I.A.S. Officer, is discharging duties as a Commissioner of Bhuvaneshwar Municipal Corporation, Orissa. Her father-in-law is an aged person. She desires a transfer closer to the Shrigonda town.

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that, after the entire online transfer season is over, now the Chief Executive Officer is looking into the available vacancies

In view of the above statement, this petition is disposed off.
