Petitioner is challenging deletion of his name from final voters list. It is pointed out that petitioner has filled in form no. 7 seeking deletion of his name from Bhadkal Gate ward. Electoral Registration Officer acted upon the application and directed deletion of his name. Petitioner also tendered application in form no. 6 seeking inclusion of his name in Ansar Colony, Padegaon, Aurangabad. However, the Electoral Registration Officer has not directed inclusion of his name in the said ward. Since petitioner's name is not included in the electoral roll for the assembly election, his name does not find place in the electoral roll prepared for the elections to the Municipal Corporation.
