Learned APP files on record the daily status of 16.01.2023 showing that when the accused was absent, non bailable warrant has been issued and daily status of 20.08.2025 also shows that the non bailable warrant yet to be executed.

Under such circumstance, it can be seen that the applicants are not remaining present before the trial Court since 16.01.2023. We do not want to exercise our powers under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code in favour of the persons who are not abiding the law. 3.

Application stands rejected.
