The applicant-petitioner has moved this application to modify the order dated 17.02.2020, wherein it has been directed to deposit an amount of Rs.18,00,000/-. According to the applicantpetitioner, it runs into losses for the last many years and therefore, unable to comply with the order.

After hearing the learned counsel for both the parties, a consensus has been arrived at to direct the applicant-petitioner to

2 931-ca-5833-2020.doc deposit a sum of Rs.12,00,000/-. The order dated 17.02.2020 is therefore modified as under:

The applicant-petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- instead of Rs.18,00,000/- within a period of two weeks from today.
