Perused record and proceedings. The office note submitted on record indicates that Shri. C.R.Deshpande, Advocate for respondent no.1 has filed pursis alongwith death certificate at Flag "A" stating therein that the appellant sole Shashikant Manoharprasad Bajpai died on 04.08.2013. Thereafter, no steps have been taken by the appellant to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased appellant. The pursis filed by Advocate for respondent no.1 demonstrates that the appellant has died on 04.08.2013. A copy of death certificate has also been filed on record. In view of the above, I find no difficulty to pass following order.

ORDER

The appeal against sole appellant stands abated and dismissed.
